Port Washington Basement Remodel

This basement in Port Washington was completely remodeled to include an additional bedroom, kitchen, and living room—everything necessary for an additional apartment. The bedroom includes an egress window, which adds natural light and keeps the building code compliant.

The open stairwell was made with maple newel posts and spindles. The bathroom features a granite countertop, nickel fixtures, and maple cabinetry. An entertainment area with improved lighting and beautiful hardwood floors made this basement functional and visually appealing.
