Franklin Kitchen Remodel

Reality Construction installed a built-in hutch to give this Franklin kitchen extra storage space. The walls were removed from one side of the kitchen and support installed above the ceiling to open up the space into one large room. The island was added once the wall once removed, at least tripling the available counter space in the kitchen. The two-tiered island provides plenty of seating and workspace. There is also storage in front of the island.
